About the house...

Situated on the Trebetherick headland just behind the magnificent Greenaway cliffs Evergreen Lodge is a spacious, well equipped recently refurbished seaside family house. Offering adaptable accommodation the property comprises the main house which sleeps 10, plus a flat for 4 people. Well laid out with excellent kitchen facilities the two units are let together in  School Holiday periods for 14 people. At other times the main house is suitable for smaller parties of up to ten people. Fully centrally heated, with log fire and comfortable sitting room it is ideal for use as a holiday base all year round. Short breaks are available with special rates in the Winter season.

Directions to the house
 
Coming from Polzeath take the road up to Trebetherick and at the top of the hill just past Trebetherick Post Office and Stores turn right into the unmarked road. Evergreen Lodge is the third house on the left.  Coming from Rock or Wadebridge follow signs to Trebetherick and Polzeath. Trebetherick is on the top of the hill and just past the Mowhay  turn left into the unmarked road. The house is third on the left.
